2020 Intentional Breathwork and Sound Healing Ceremony

Join trained sound healing practitioner and multi-published inspirational author, Mikaela Jones, for this powerful intentional breathwork and sound healing ceremony in which we will release energetic baggage from 2019 and powerfully bring in 2020 with energetic clarity and love for ourselves and the planet.  We will begin by calling in our higher powers using concentrated breathwork and voice vibration to release negative energy/belief systems that no longer serve us. We will then send out our Intentions for 2020 via our breath and the Sacred vowel sound for the heart “Ah”, to help manifest our intentions in alignment with our hearts.  Then we'll dive deep into a relaxing, clearing and rejuvenating sound healing bath with Mikaela's crystal and Tibetan bowls, handheld gongs, Solfeggio tuning forks, rainsticks, seed pods, chimes, and more!  Mikaela will hold your unique visions for you while she plays around/over you. You'll leave feeling deeply rested with a restored connection to your True Self, enabling you to live a more fulfilling 2020. Please bring your personal mat and whatever you need to be comfortable (blanket, padding, pillow, etc.). Chairs will also be available for those who wish to sit.  

 

Mikaela Jones is a trained sound healing practitioner, member of the American Sound Healers Association, has a thriving private practice in Rockaway Beach, OR and has been offering public sound healing bath events since 2007. She has over twenty-five years training/teaching experience in spiritual & healing traditions from sound healing and vocal toning training with Jonathan Goldman, Suren Shrestha, etc, to meditation, manifestation, Modern Mystery school training & Reiki.
